Refund
Policy
NuanceVoiceControl believes it has a product that is worthwhile and provides
users with a more productive and efficient experience when using mobile
handheld devices. We suggest contacting our customer support at
mvcsupport@mobilevoicecontrol.com before requesting a refund for the
product. There are many things we can do to make the service worth keeping.
However, in the event the user still wants a refund to our service, we will be
glad to accommodate.
1.
MVC Purchase of
Service Through a Third Party
MVC is a service. We cannot refund service purchased through third party
providers. If you purchased service through Handango or another third party
provider, please contact their customer service representatives for assistance.
2.
MVC
Service Purchased Directly Through MVC
If you purchased your service direclty through MVC then you may cancel your
service through us by contacting our support department at
mvcsupport@mobilevoicecontrol.com however, restrictions apply:
1.
If you cancel
within the first thirty days, you will still have to pay the first full month
of service to cover startup costs. Startup costs include setting up a speech
engine client account.
2. If you cancel
any time after the first thirty (30) days, MVC will refund only the unused
portion of the paid service subscription fees. The unused portion is based on
the start date of service, the cancellation date and the time when it can be
processed.
3.
MVC still charges you for service even if you do not use the service during a billing period.
